Grayling Housing Commission administers the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) Program which provides rental assistance funding available to very low-income qualified families.Participants of this program have flexibility in finding suitable housing within a 30 mile radius of Grayling, Michigan.
The program is funded through and monitored by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and provides its participants with housing options unique to its program guidelines.

Interested persons may apply in person at our Central Office or may choose to download the pre-application in the “ALL GHC FORMS” tab of this website and mail the completed form to:
